Affiliate Terms of Use

Welcome to the Product Canyon Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully to ensure you understand and comply with all requirements.

1. Affiliate Program Enrollment

1.1. Application: To join the Product Canyon Affiliate Program, you must submit a completed application through our affiliate signup page. Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours, and you will be notified by email regarding your acceptance. Once approved, you can start earning commissions immediately.

1.2. Eligibility: The affiliate program is open to participants worldwide. You do not need a website to participate, as long as you can bring customers to our products through other channels.

2. Promotion and Affiliate Links

2.1. Affiliate Links: Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link. This link is tracked using a 30-day cookie, meaning any purchase made within 30 days of the user clicking your link will be credited to your account.

2.2. Promotional Methods: You are encouraged to promote Product Canyon through various channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing. However, self-referrals are not allowed, and any attempt to use the program for personal discounts will result in forfeiture of commissions.

2.3. Discount Codes: Any use of discount codes or promotional offers must be pre-approved by Product Canyon.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Commission Rates: You will earn a 5%-25% commission on the net sale amount of each purchase made through your affiliate link.

3.2. Payout Terms: Commissions are paid out via Wire transfer, Payoneer, or Crypto, with a minimum withdrawal limit of $50. You can request payment through the affiliate dashboard, and earnings are cleared 30 days after the sale.

4. Refunds and Adjustments

4.1. Refunds: If a customer requests a refund for a product purchased through your link, the corresponding commission will not be awarded.

4.2. Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, the commission for that sale will be reversed from your account balance.

5. Affiliate Obligations

5.1. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your promotional activities. Any form of spamming or false advertising is strictly prohibited.

5.2. Content: Promotional materials must accurately represent Product Canyon’s products and services. You may not make misleading claims or misrepresent our offerings.

5.3. Intellectual Property: Product Canyon grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting our products. Any alteration or misuse of these materials is prohibited.

6. Term and Termination

6.1. Term: This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

6.2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all affiliate links and remove them from your site and marketing channels.

6.3. Final Payment: If your account is terminated and you have met the minimum payout threshold, a final payment will be made according to the regular payout schedule.

7. Modification

7.1. Changes: Product Canyon reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on our website, and continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Warranty: Product Canyon makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the Affiliate Program.

8.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Product Canyon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Product Canyon with respect to the Affiliate Program.

10.2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
