We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on all refundable products.
- No questions asked — if the product isn’t right for you, that’s okay.
- Simply fill out our refund request form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3 hours, and no later than 24 hours in all cases.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund Window: You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund.
- Reason Not Required: You don’t need to explain why — your satisfaction comes first.

1-Year Purchase Protection
Product shutdowns on Product Canyon are extremely rare. our product shutdown rate is below 1%.
However, in the unlikely event that a product shuts down, you’re fully protected.
- If a product shuts down within 6 months of purchase → 100% refund
- If a product shuts down within 12 months of purchase → 50% refund
To claim this, simply submit a refund request with the product details.
Getting the Most Value From Your Purchase
- Start using the product right away so you can fully evaluate it during the refund period.
- Products that remain unredeemed or unused after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Policy Coverage & Fair Use
- This policy applies to all purchases made on Product Canyon.
- To keep the platform fair for everyone, excessive or abusive refund behavior may result in account suspension.
- Transaction and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
