1-Year Protection

If a product listed on Product Canyon is shut down within 12 months of the purchase date, Product Canyon will provide a 50% refund. A 100% refund will be issued if the product shuts down within less than 6 months after the purchase date. To claim this, please submit a refund request with details about the affected product.

Actions Post-Purchase:

  • Immediate Use Encouraged: To ensure that the product is the right fit for your needs, we recommend that you begin using it immediately upon purchase. This allows you sufficient time within the refund window to evaluate its suitability for your business or personal use.
  • Redemption and Usage: Products that remain unredeemed or unused beyond the 30-day refund period cannot be refunded. We advise you to redeem and utilize the product as soon as possible to make an informed decision.
