Hey there! Welcome to Product Canyon! While you integrate with Shopify + WooCommerce (which is v. cool) do you also support CSV or JSON product import for non-ecommerce stores? Thanks! Allen Allen Pooley asked on December 8, 2025

Hi there!

Unfortuantely the WooCommerce app is not compatible with this cloud based version. You need the Support Board WP version for that.

The good thing is that you can still train the chatbot with your WooCommerce website also with this version.

Yes, you can train the chatbot using JSON and CSV files.
